Synapse Releases Before & After 'Suspiria' Restoration Shots

Synapse Films’ long gestating ‘Suspiria’ blu-ray release has distributed some images from their restoration and they are striking.  For the uninitiated, ‘Suspiria’ is Italian director Dario Argento’s horror masterpiece.  It’s the tale of a young American woman who travels to Germany to attend a prestigious ballet school.  From the moment she lands, she finds herself in a kaleidoscope world of terror.  ‘Suspiria’ is truly a classic of the genre.  Take a look at the before and after shots below:
