This week on The First Run, the summer movie season begins with the release of The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Still Spidering.  Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone return for the next cinematic chapter for everyone’s favorite webhead.  Spider-Man 2 is not only the best film of the Sam Raimi’s helmed trilogy, it’s one of the best super-hero films ever made.  So where does this latest entry fall?  Spider-Man 2 or –gulp- Spider-Man 3?  We’ll discuss the upcoming releases in Blu-Ray & DVD, in disturbing, excruciating intricate detail.  Dave will tell us what we should be streaming this weekend.  Then we wrap up this podcast hoe-down with our 5 Favorite Performances in a Summer Blockbuster.
